Stratos coming back?

So since the release of the masked hero support is coming out pretty soon, I wanted to get your guys thoughts on if stratos will come back into the game.

If he did come back though would you use him and if he were at multiples how many would you run?

I love heroes and I hate how they ban stratos which is a lvl 4 monster that can destroy ur backrow or search a hero BUT you got qliphort tower that is lvl 10 and pretty much says no to everything...

qliphort towers is just the same as any god card essentially, just stop him before hes allowed to be summoned , negation

stratos on the other hand has an insanely splashable and advantageous effect, actually 2, which even if you were to bottomless he'd still get. he's a gadget beatstick, can search out any HERO whether it be for destiny hero (destiny draw / malicious in grave for teleDad) or elemental hero plays , and was a core function of many disgusting decks such as perfect circle and airblade turbo.
