New CSS glow code for teh chatbox

So now you have 2 different codes for glows, the old one now only works on the forums and posts and stuff, so here's the new one.
.chatbox-username[data-user="?"] {
text-shadow: Put the text shadow here
}
Also, for glitter, all you have to do is this
.chatbox-username[data-user="?"] {
background: url(Insert glitter image here);
}
.chatbox-username[data-user="?"] {
text-shadow: Put the text shadow here
}
